ANTARCTICA: One pretty "cool" thing about Antarctica is that technically nobody owns it -- not even the penguins. The seven countries that once claimed parts of it have signed a treaty relinquishing their claims and giving everyone free access. Thus, there are no passports, visas, borders, or customs to deal with -- and the only rules are those that protect wildlife.
